Strength & Conditioning

Our Main Class, where the focus is to build strength and extra muscle for those wanting to push hard in a shortened period.

Without intensity, it can be difficult to achieve results with this program but for motivated individuals, it can produce some of the best gains you’ve ever seen.

The class can be scaled to all levels of fitness.
Back to basics
Our back to basics class is ideal for those who want to focus on the fundamentals of training.

Nailing the basics is crucial for avoiding injury and progressing in your fitness journey.

This program is a fantastic way to build routine, become familiar with the gym and improve your fitness in a safe and enjoyable way.
Gymnastics
Understanding fundamental Gymnastic movements assists in developing accuracy, strength, power, endurance, coordination and balance.

Gymnastics consists of mostly body weight movements such as air squats, push-ups,
pull-ups, handstands and more.

This can be applied to any exercise in which you move your body through a range of motion or extended range of motion without an external load.

This Class also helps to not only learn new skills but transfers well to the Karmic Olympic Weightlifting as well.

Olympic Weightlifting
The sport of Olympic Weightlifting consists of two lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk.
In the snatch, the barbell is lifted from the floor to overhead in one smooth movement.
In the clean & jerk, the bar is first lifted from the floor to the shoulders (the clean) and then from the shoulders to overhead (the jerk).

In Strength and Conditioning, we use these two lifts to help develop power and speed which can transfer into better functionality in our day to day life.
Open Gym / Performance Training
Open gym is for special programming and an athlete's choice for training extras.

Athletes can focus on performance which is based on Strength and Conditioning but on a higher level of competition. It consists of Weightlifting, Gymnastics and metabolic conditioning, basically all classes in one.
Open Gym is not coached and is more of an opportunity to train in a competition atmosphere.
Not open to all levels.
